Terms and Conditions
1. During the period Of contract, the workmen will maintain a high standard of loyalty, efficiency, integrity and commitment towards NMDC Limited. In case of Official tour to outside Panna, they will be paid TADA as applicable to RS-3 for Sl. No. (a) & (b) and RS-6 for Sl. no. (c) to (e) of Clause no.
2 .During the period of Contract, they will not be paid any other benefits/ allowances other than those specifically mentioned in this Circular. Company's accommodation (A-type quarter or Joint accommodation) will be provided at the place Of posting, if available.
3. They should work in any shifts and the working hours will be same as applicable to the existing Workmen Of the company. During the contract period, the workmen will be entitled casual leave for 1 day for every completed calendar month which is in addition to weekly day Of rest. Selection will be made based on the Trade Test in their concerned field. The list of panel Of candidates will be prepared based on marks obtained by them in Trade Test in descending order.

Their selection will be subject to medically found fit by registered medical practitioner.
How to Apply
The duly filled in application form (as per the proforma enclosed) along with the copies of service certificate issued by concerned projects/Office and affixing recent passport size photograph to reach on or before 6:00 pm on 18.04.2018 by Post/Courier to the Head of Personnel Of concerned Project where workmen retired so that concerned Project will verify the particular of received applications and send the same to Head Office, Hyderabad.
